We currently ship within Canada and the United States. Please keep in mind that additional charges such as customs and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the receiver.

All items sold online or in-store are FINAL SALE. It is important to us that you are happy with your order and we may make exceptions for certain products or reasonable circumstances or refund for an item with a defect. If you think you may need an exception to our final sale policy, please contact us at info@thebluegoosefarm.com. Please note that any request without a proof of purchase or made beyond 7 days of delivery will not be considered.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express both online and in-store. In our farm shop, we also accept cash.

We pack and ships all online orders every Tuesday. Delivery times vary depending on your location. We may use an alternative courrier than quoted to meet or exceed customer service expectations.

Yes, a delivery fee will be added. You can view the exact shipping charges during checkout.

Yes! Once your order has been packaged you will receive a tracking number via email.

Unfortunately do not have the capacity to offer in-store pickup at this time. However, many of our merch items are stocked in-store, so you may be able to shop merch during open shop hours.

We love furry friends on our patio, but unfortunately cannot host pets inside our store due to health and safety regulations around selling food items unless you are a certified guide dog or guide-dog-in-training like our favourite dog-customer Lilac :)

Yes! We sell gift cards in-store and online. They are available in any denomination, have no expiry and can be used both in-store or online.

Yes! It is very important to us to be accessible to everyone. We have a ramp at the entrance to our shop. We will also do our best to serve any special requests for customers that require extra assistance. Please contact us at info@thebluegoosefarm.com and let us know what we can do!
